We bring our personalized exercise programs right to your living room. That means you can work on your fitness goals in your comfy clothes, with your favorite music, and zero judgment. Plus, you won't have to figure out those complicated gym machines that look like they came from outer space. Just straightforward, effective exercises that keep you strong and steady.

    William (Bill) Sternberg from No Fall Fitness has been a superb personal trainer for my eighty-seven year old sister-in-law.

    I’ve observed his professionalism, excellent knowledge about safe, productive exercising, for someone in this age group, his encouraging, pleasant mannerisms and sense of caring, going more than “the extra mile” to make sure of success.

    His very, very strong, sense of empathy, compassion, understanding, and patience have made the sessions possible.

    Bill consistently provided what he said he would on his website: complete fitness assessments, health condition analysis, movement analysis, personal goals and preferences, and, regular progress monitoring (really detailed, enabling him to make frequent decisions about modifications.)

    As a result, he has been able to adjust exercises, “right on the spot,” based on need, at EACH session, to help her avoid falling and maintain her independence, for longer than we thought possible.

    The only reason why sessions are ending is because of the progression of my sister-in-law’s dementia.
