Personal Fitness Training

Our Trainers provide nurturing, encouraging programmed workouts based on the personality, needs and goals of our Client. Further, the initial and on-going fitness assessments uses the StarFit and Omron bio metric body composition monitor which measures BMI, subcutaneous and visceral fat, skeletal muscle %, muscle mass, bone mass, Basal metabolic rate, limb fat analysis, muscle distribution and the detailed APTA PAR-Q medical questionnaire. The modules are: adaptive strength training for advanced ADL’s including grip and hand-eye coordination, improving strength of core, quad, ham and glute muscles that impact balance, stability and gait.

No Fall Fitness

Includes features of “PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING” plus Client specific, targeted exercises to mitigate and improve age-related decline in reflexes, loss of muscle, loss of balance, improper gait, decline in reflexes, proprioception, and improve confidence.

High Intensity Personal Training

Especially programmed for previously active people over 55. Includes cardio, endurance, flexibility and strength training. The emphasis is on performance and specific athletic interests. Be prepared to sweat. You will lose fat and you will lose volume. You will gain muscle but probably not lose weight. Because a pound of marshmallows takes up much more space than a pound of steel

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing is a health and wellness program designed for people with Parkinson's Disease and other neuro degenerative disorders. It helps patients to move easier and safely while improving their posture, gait, flexibility, and resistance to injury. It opens the window to healing and happiness and slows down the decline in quality of life.
